Project inquiries

We store the contact and project details you submit so the Powercell team can respond, prepare your proposal and manage follow-ups. Only signed-in team members can access the sales workspace. Submitting a request does not place an order or take a payment.

Phone verification

If phone verification is offered, we ask your permission before sending a code through our verification provider. An inquiry can also be saved without phone verification when that service is unavailable. We do not label an unverified number as verified.

Website measurement

We count page visits and quote progress using a random identifier stored in your browser tab. It expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These events do not contain your name, contact details or full page URLs. A submitted inquiry may be linked to its anonymous session to measure completion. Event records are retained for up to 90 days and cleared on the next recorded event. We respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals for this measurement.

The hosting service processes technical connection information to deliver and protect the website. Short-lived hashed connection identifiers are used to limit automated abuse. Team sign-in uses an essential session cookie that expires after 12 hours.

Use Get support on the homepage to ask about your information or request correction or deletion. The team may need to verify your identity before making a change.
