Questions, answered.

Equipment, site planning and the buying process.

What do the chargers cost?

The 160 kW configuration is $27,900 and the 240 kW configuration is $34,900 per unit, in USD. These are equipment prices; delivery, tax, installation and services are separate.

What is included?

The selected DC charger, CCS1 and NACS connectors, cable management, 10.1-inch touchscreen and Nayax POS terminal hardware. The proposal confirms the final configuration.

Do I have to take a sales call?

No. Submit your project details online and ask to continue by email. A call is optional. Technical and commercial review can still be needed before an order is accepted.

Do I have to verify my phone?

No. You can submit a quote request without a text code. If verification is offered, it is optional.

Can I ask a question before requesting a quote?

Yes. Use Contact and choose Message or Still planning. You do not need a completed site plan.

What power does the site need?

The offered configuration uses 480 V AC three-phase input. A qualified contractor and your utility must assess available capacity and required upgrades.

Which model should I choose?

Match rated power to your electrical capacity, expected vehicles, charging time and project budget. Compare both models before making the decision.

Can two vehicles charge at once?

The equipment reference describes two-output intelligent power sharing. Confirm simultaneous operation and the per-connector allocation for the exact configuration before ordering; rated cabinet power is not promised independently at both connectors.

Will every vehicle charge at 160 or 240 kW?

No. Vehicle acceptance, battery state and temperature, site capacity and power sharing affect charging speed.

Who manufactures the equipment?

The current specification reference is the MIDA DC Fast Charger Series. Confirm the legal manufacturer, exact model and nameplate in your proposal and certification records.

Is the charger certified for my project?

A verified exact-model U.S. listing is not claimed on this website. Obtain the listing record and have your qualified project team review suitability before ordering.

Can I use NEVI or other incentives?

Eligibility is not guaranteed. Your project and exact equipment must meet the current program requirements. Ask the funding administrator before relying on an award or rebate.

How long is the warranty?

The term and coverage must be specified in your written agreement. Confirm parts, labor, travel, freight, exclusions and the responsible service provider.

How soon can equipment arrive?

Production and delivery estimates are established in the project proposal. The website does not promise stock availability or a fixed lead time.

Who installs the charger?

Your qualified contractor or another explicitly contracted installation provider. Equipment-only pricing does not include civil works, electrical installation or utility upgrades.

Are payment processing and network fees included?

No. POS hardware is included; merchant activation, transaction fees, network subscriptions and connectivity are separately agreed.

Can I use my preferred charging network?

OCPP 1.6 / 2.0 is listed in the equipment reference. Confirm the exact protocol version, supported features and network compatibility before ordering.

Do you offer financing?

No lender, approval or financing rate is advertised on this site. If you plan to use your own lender, request an itemized project quote for their review.

Can I get pricing for multiple units?

Yes. Enter the quantity in the quote request. The displayed equipment subtotal uses standard unit pricing; any project-specific adjustment must appear in the written proposal.

What happens if I cancel?

A quote request creates no order or payment. Cancellation, deposit and refund rules for a purchase must be shown in the agreement before you accept or pay.

Is the ROI calculator a forecast?

No. It is an illustrative calculation from editable assumptions. Cost presets are scenarios, not quoted installation prices. Revenue, costs and utilization are not guaranteed.
